THE WOODS PACKAGE
The Woods Package is for the veterans golfers who want to stay on the course longer, injury free, keeping their bodies fine tuned and work for their swing. This package involves 2 x 1 hour weekly sessions, with the option of a third, an at home programmed session and also nutritional guidance through my learning with Precision Nutrition.
How can the Woods Package benefit you?
TPI TEST
This is Phase 1 in determining your physical capabilities and to identify any problem areas that you may have, also giving us an insight into any possible swing traits.
1st SESSION
The first session will be designed to see your capabilities within the gym and to gain further assessment as to how your body moves.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Dependent upon your goals and the results of both screens, we continue to develop a program to further benefit your game. This will incorporate both strength and mobility movements whilst also providing us with baseline numbers upon reassessments.
THE HOW'S AND WHYS
This package has been designed for the golfer that is not looking for anything too fancy or scientific, more so the player who likes to keep it simple whilst having their body do what is required of them at a high level. The Woods package places a large emphasis on mobility and strength through ranges of motion, whilst providing the opportunity for specific rehabilitation if required. The 2 x 1 hour weekly training sessions within the gym will keep you accountable, with the home workout session primarily focusing on mobility and conditioning.
In addition to the strength programming, nutritional guidance will also be provided to help with recovery, performance and body composition goals.
