THE MORIKAWA PACKAGE
The Morikawa Package is for the up and coming golfer. It has been designed for those new the sport of Golf and who are looking to advance their game from the very beginning. This package involves 2 x 1 hour weekly sessions, with the option of a third, an at home programmed session and also nutritional guidance through my learning with Precision Nutrition.
This program also caters for Teenager's looking to develop speed and power into their game within a supervised and controlled setting.
How can the Morikawa Package benefit you?
TPI TEST
This is Phase 1 in determining your physical capabilities and to identify any problem areas that you may have, also giving us an insight into any possible swing traits.
1st SESSION
The first session will be designed to see your capabilities within the gym and to gain further assessment as to how your body moves.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Dependent upon your goals and the results of both screens, we continue to develop a program to further benefit your game. This will incorporate both strength and mobility movements whilst also providing us with baseline numbers upon reassessments.
THE HOW'S AND WHYS
This package has been designed for the beginner golfer that wants to accelerate their physical progression in golf at an advanced rate. The 2 x 1 hour weekly training sessions within the gym will keep you accountable, with the home workout session primarily focusing on mobility and bodyweight conditioning.
In addition to the strength programming, nutritional guidance will also be provided to help with both recovery, performance and body composition goals.
