SMALL GROUP AND 1 ON 1 TRAINING
Small Group and 1 on 1 Training are both offered through Fairway Driven. If you feel as though you get more out of group training, or alternatively want to train with some friends then we can absolutely accomodate those needs. If you would like to focus more on a traditional Personal Training session than we are more than happy to assist with that also.
How does Group & 1 on 1 Training Work?
TPI/MOVEMENT SCREEN
Depending on whether you want to make sessions Golf focused or simply Fitness based, we will do a movement screening to determine any physical limitations.
TRAINING SESSIONS
Based upon your testing results, undertake regular sessions and workouts in the gym to help progress to your goals.
AT HOME PROGRAM
I will put together a training program for you to complete at home away from our weekly sessions. This will primarily involve mobility work and bodyweight work to assist with your swing sequencing.
THE HOW'S AND WHYS
Small group training provides you with opportunity to take your training to the next level. If you have struggled to find motivation in the past, or alternatively, want some motivation upon exiting lockdown this is your best option. Not only will your motivation levels rise, but you will feel apart of a new community, add variety to your workouts and will be able to hold yourself more accountable.

Regarding 1 on 1 training, I have been a trainer for well over 10 years now, it is how I found myself in the position that I am now so I would be more than happy to assist in the running of a Personal Training style workout.
