COVID-19 has provided more than enough headaches, and through continual lockdowns, you may have found you prefer training at home due to work or life circumstances.. This is your ideal training solution if you find yourself in this category.
How does Online Training Work?
TPI TEST
This is Phase 1 in determining your physical capabilities and to identify any problem areas that you may have.

VIRTUAL SESSION
Based upon your testing results, we will conduct sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp like normal, utilising your bodyweight or equipment which you have at home.
AT HOME PROGRAM
I will put together a training program for you to complete at home away from our weekly sessions. This will primarily involve mobility work and bodyweight work to assist with your swing sequencing.
THE HOW'S AND WHYS
This package offers online screenings, home workout ZOOM/WhatsApp/Teams sessions and at home training plans that work around you and your schedule to help you achieve your goals. Basic equipment would be required for this training, such as bands and/or a pair of kettlebells or dumbbells, and we can utilise everyday items around the house.
