About
Is your goal to have swing and ball speeds like Bryson DeChambeau? Hit fairways like Collin Morikawa? Hit Greens in Regulation like Tiger Woods? Are current injuries and physical limitations holding you back from lowering your handicap and scoring consistently?

At Fairway Driven, the TPI screening system is adopted to help identify any physical traits that may be effecting your swing, as well as providing you with the tools required to help get you back playing at your best. Your game will improve via the work we put in the gym and the assisting mobility and stabilisation work, all supported via TPI Certified Training Principles.
With over 10 years industry experience, my philosophy as a Coach is to place a larger emphasis on quality of movement and to make your game stronger, faster and easier. Training shouldn't be about needlessly over working in the gym resulting in a broken body and purposeless gameplay. At Fairway Driven, your game will improve via the work we put in the gym and the assisting mobility and stabilisation work, all supported via TPI Certified Training Principles.
The fundamentals of my training include:
STRENGTH AND SPEED TRAINING
We will use Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Cables and most importantly, your bodyweight, to assist in developing your overall strength and speed in a safe and educational environment.
PRACTICAL MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY METHODS
To assist in helping creating an efficient Swing Sequence, we will look to improve your bodies stability and mobility through working through various ranges of motion.
